Welcome to Game Reminder ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "Application"). We collect information that you provide to us directly and information that is automatically collected when you use our Application.

• Account Information: When you log in via a third-party service (e.g., Google Sign-In), we receive access to your basic profile information (such as your public profile name and unique identifier) as permitted by that service. For anonymous accounts, a unique device identifier is used.
• User Content: We collect your list of favorite teams, custom links, reminder configurations, and other content you generate within the Application.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the Application, such as features used, taps, and time spent in the app, collected for analytics purposes.
• Device Information: Information about your mobile device, including unique device identifiers (such as FCM tokens for push notifications) and crash log data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the core functionality of our Application.
• To improve, personalize, and expand our features and content.
• To understand usage patterns for analytics and business intelligence.
• To send you push notifications for game reminders, which you can control in your device and app settings.

Core Functionality & Analytics

Firebase (a Google service): We use Firebase for authentication, analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), crash reporting (Crashlytics), and push notifications (FCM). Learn more about Google's privacy practices.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information as long as your account is active. You have full control over your data and can delete specific information (such as teams or reminders) directly within the Application at any time. You can also request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data through the "Delete Account" option in the app's settings. 5. International Transfer of Your Data

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your country where data protection laws may differ. Our servers are located in Germany.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

Managing & Deleting Your Data

In Game Reminder, you have control over your data. You can delete specific pieces of information at any time directly within the app without deleting your entire account.

How to Delete Specific Data

You can manage and delete the following types of data you have created:

1. Open the Game Reminder app.
2. On your dashboard, find the card for the team you wish to remove.
3. Tap the settings icon (⚙️) on that team's card.
4. Select the "Remove from Dashboard" option and confirm your choice.

1. Go to the settings for the team whose reminder you want to delete.
2. In the "Manage Reminders" section, find the specific reminder.
3. Tap the delete icon (usually a trash can 🗑️) next to the reminder to remove it.

1. Navigate to the settings for the link block you wish to edit or remove.
2. You can either delete individual links within the block or remove the entire block by selecting "Remove from Dashboard".

All deletions are permanent and take effect immediately.
