Game Reminder relies on data to provide you with a personalized experience. We store this data securely and respect your right to have it permanently deleted.
According to the platform rules (including Facebook and Google Play), you have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time.
Option 1: Automatic Deletion via App
This is the fastest way to delete your data immediately.
- Open the Game Reminder app.
- Go to Settings (gear icon ⚙️).
- Scroll down to the "About" section.
- Tap on "Delete Account".
- Confirm your choice.
Result: Your profile, dashboard configuration, and reminders are wiped from our servers instantly.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you have already deleted the app or cannot access your account, you can request data deletion manually.
- Email to: support@maxfromzero.com
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Content: Please include your account identifier (email address used for login or your user ID if known).
Timeline: Manual requests are processed within 30 days, though typically much sooner. We will reply to your email confirming the deletion.
Types of Data Deleted
Regardless of the method chosen, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Personal identity information (Name, Email, Auth Tokens).
- Customized dashboard layouts and team selections.
- All scheduled notification preferences.
- Third-party link configurations.
